Career Experience
I began my tutoring career in college and thoroughly enjoyed helping students in biology and chemistry. After graduating from college, I worked in an environmental chemistry lab before I took some time off to raise my family. Working for Tutor.com has been a fantastic way for me to have the best of both worlds where I can continue to help students.
I Love Tutoring Because
there is nothing better than helping students overcome whatever issue may be causing them to not understand a concept or process. Working one-one-one allows me to tailor my instruction to that student's needs, and we can work at the best pace for that student. That "aha" moment where it all makes sense for the student is so rewarding!
